- What are your thoughts on fish oil as supplements? What brand would you recommend?

- I started the B12 3 weeks ago. I take 1000 mcg daily at night, around 9pm. I noticed my anxiety has increased after the first week or so. I’d like to know if other patients have experienced increased anxiety during the protocol? Is this a normal reaction?
