- The one thing I'm already having trouble with is constipation, what do you suggest to add to your protocol for that, just increase water and fiber?
- I usually don't eat breakfast and only drink black coffee in the morning, this is when I'm taking my mineral supplements in distilled water. Will the coffee interfere with absorption?

- My oxalic acid is high. Is it because of food? Do I need to follow a low oxalate diet?
