Do you think caffeine from black tea is harmful? Should I limit it to two cups per day? I've been told to avoid it because of adrenal fatigue?

No. So I don't think caffeine from the tea is harmful. I do recommend taking and drinking any tea away from the minerals because it'll interfere with the absorption of the minerals. But I don't think caffeine's a problem. I mean, if, if someone's really anxious, they've really bad anxiety and they're drinking tons of coffee every day. Well then that's a problem, right? Depends on the person. It interferes with sleep as well. So I mean, if people, if someone isn't sleeping well and then they tell me they drink like five cups of coffee throughout the day or even five cups of tea, then it's harmful in that situation, if they're not getting any deep sleep. So it depends on the person. Inherently caffeine and black tea, they're not harmful. It's just in certain circumstances they can be. And then if you take them too close to the minerals, then that's a problem as well. So should I limit it to two cups per day? I don't know. It depends on how your sleep is. I'd recommend tracking your sleep, seeing if it's interfering with your sleep, try having tea just earlier in the day. See if you get deeper sleep at night. And then if you do, then you'd want to limit it. I recommend a lot of people to stop tea or any caffeine consumption after 2:00 PM. Because it'll often interfere with people's sleep. Some people even noon or 10:00 AM. So for me, I find that if I drink it in the afternoon, it interferes with my sleep. I really ideally should stop around 10:00 AM. Sometimes I still push it until noon. But anyway, it really depends on how it's impacting your sleep. But inherently, I don't think the caffeine from the black tea is a problem. It's not harmful.
