- What kind of longer term maintenance is there and what does that look like in general? Is supplementing with Iodine, Selenium and Molybdenum a long term thing, or does it end once cellular B12 sufficiency is achieved?
- How often do you recommend we re-test blood markers and re-do the hair test?
- How often should we run the Organic Acids Test?
- How will you know when someone has reached their optimal dose of the minerals i.e. enough for health but not too much?
- Should I follow the advice and recommendations from Great Plains in my Organic Acids Test report?
- I suspect you want me to get a thyroid panel for you. Can you please list what you want in that panel?
- What reason should I give my doctor for requesting these additional tests?

- I looked through my hair and urine test results and wonder what you think about this. My hair molybdenum was very low but the urine test put it in “normal” range. But no actual value that I could see. What do you think?

- How important is it to keep taking potassium? I stopped for a while and everything seemed fine, but eventually noticed I had a dull headache most of the time. I did get back on the potassium 2 weeks ago to test this out and have had less headaches, so I suspect that was the problem.
