I looked through my hair and urine test results and wonder what you think about this. My hair molybdenum was very low but the urine test put it in “normal” range. But no actual value that I could see. What do you think?

Trying to determine molybdenum sufficiency by analyzing urine is pointless. It's not useful or accurate. It ends up being a waste of time. It doesn’t tell us if you have adequate molybdenum in his tissues. That’s why I look at levels in the hair. It's much more reliable and gives an accurate representation of tissue saturation.
