B12
- What are your thoughts on leaky gut and gut health?
- What's the connection between candida overgrowth and yeast overgrowth and low levels of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide, and whether this can also be healed as we optimize Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide? And I'm also curious about SIBO, since they sometimes seem to overlap with symptoms.
- I started the B12 3 weeks ago. I take 1000 mcg daily at night, around 9pm. I noticed my anxiety has increased after the first week or so. I’d like to know if other patients have experienced increased anxiety during the protocol? Is this a normal reaction?
- Do you have to have reached the maximum dose of all the other minerals in the protocol before starting the B12?
- When should we start supplementing with iron?
- How long would it take for somone like me to feel results from B12? and I'm thinking that may depend on which kind I end up buying!
- Can I take sublingual B12 supplements? Do they work?
- Do the adrenal glands get addressed at any point of the protocol? When the methylation improves, do the adrenal glands get better as a result? Do you recommend some plants or other stuff for adrenal gland fatigue?
- Is the drop in potassium levels just an initial reaction to starting B12 or will there be continual need for potassium whilst continuing with B12?
- If you have inactive B12 in blood from taking high dose B12 previously, how long does this take to be excreted from the body to reduce levels and stop inactive B12 interfering with active B12 absorption?
- Is it necessary to fix the Vitamin B12 deficiency first in order to get healthy sleep? So will the techniques for optimized sleep and Vitamin D levels only make a difference after B12 is fixed or is it equally important to focus on sleep before B12 levels are optimized?
- When should I take the B12?
- When during the day is it best to take B12, and do I take it away from the minerals?
- I am now taking iodine and selenium at recommended doses as well as B2 and potassium. I am working up with molybdenum but I am only at 50 after 3 weeks of these minerals. I know I have to go slow but wondering if I can start B12 now or if I have to wait until I reach the 150 of the molybdenum?
- Is it likely that someone would have to increase the dosage of 1000mcg of B12 daily and how would someone know if they had to increase?
- When should I start the B12 as my coenzymes yet likely high enough?
- Can I get a prescription for B12 through my doctor?
- I was wondering about low stomach acid, is this related to a lack of b12/iron in the system?
- Might be better for me to buy the powdered form of B12 or I might lose the quality in transit over a couple of weeks?
- I’m taking 500 mcg of B12 every other day. I feel like I drink five espressos. How much potassium gluconate should I take? I must be super deficient.
