When during the day is it best to take B12, and do I take it away from the minerals?

I generally recommend taking it at night. Because it can help with the production of melatonin, and often helps people sleep. 

But there are some people that find that the B12 really increases their energy and keeps them awake. So if that happens to you, take it in the morning.  

And no, you don’t need to take the B12 away from the minerals. It doesn’t interfere with the minerals.
