How do you know when the coenzymes and B12 have been corrected?
Mainly from the urine test. So the organic acid test, so there's specific urine metabolites and when they fall within the optimal range, then I know these cellular deficiencies have been corrected. You can indirectly, through thyroid markers. So like when TSH falls below 2.0, that's a good sign that you're producing an adequate amount of the coenzymes. You can also tell if homocysteine is close to seven or even below that. And then of course, if you look at the hair test, you can see when the minerals are within the optimal range and that suggests that your body would then be producing an adequate amount of the coenzmes. But the gold standard, the best way to know for sure is to, to retest, to redo the organic acid test and then look at the urine metabolites.
