Is it necessary to fix the Vitamin B12 deficiency first in order to get healthy sleep? So will the techniques for optimized sleep and Vitamin D levels only make a difference after B12 is fixed or is it equally important to focus on sleep before B12 levels are optimized?

To get really good deep sleep and maximize the production of melatonin, yes it’s necessary to fix the cellular B12 deficiency first.

But the techniques for optimized sleep can still help some people before that. They can make a little bit of a difference. But they just work much, much better after B12 and methylation are addressed.

And some people with really bad insomnia try to implement good sleep hygiene and good sleep practices without addressing their cellular deficiencies. And then they often find that it’s not very effective.

So you can implement my sleep tips right away if you want and they may help somewhat. But if you have really bad sleep, they likely won’t fix your sleep entirely.
