What's the connection between candida overgrowth and yeast overgrowth and low levels of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide, and whether this can also be healed as we optimize Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide? And I'm also curious about SIBO, since they sometimes seem to overlap with symptoms.

I think trying to treat candida and SIBO is a massive distraction and waste of time. Many people try to go in that direction and get nowhere trying to treat it. Even I tried going in that direction but it never worked. It was really a waste of time.

And plenty of people try taking antifungals for candida overgrowth or yeast overgrowth. And antifungals actually deplete B2 and lower Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide. So it actually just makes them worse in the long run. I took antifungals at one point and I got nowhere with them. They ended up making me much worse. You are free to try them if you want though and see for yourself. There are also candida supplements you could try if you want but I don't think they're worth the time.

I would just focus on optimizing Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide, and methylation. I also talk about gut health in the Knowledge Base and in the final week module. Sunlight, Vitamin D, and melatonin production are all very critical for gut health and digestion as well. Changing your environment significantly impacts gut health as well.

And gut motility is basically controlled by 3 things that are vitamin dependent. Histamine, serotonin, and nitric oxide. All 3 depend on B2, B12, and iron. If you’re deficient in any of those nutrients on a cellular level, you won't have proper gut motility. And this then causes bacterial overgrowth, fungal overgrowth and IBS. So you need to treat those cellular deficiencies to get better.

One thing I see the most is many people with SIBO and IBS, they're deficient in molybdenum, and that's usually due to glyphosate exposure. So again, that needs to be addressed as well.

So I would just continue focusing on my recommendations in the program and then what a lot of people find is gut health and digestion improve as they go through the program.
