How long does it take to fix coenzyme levels and maximize methylation?

It completely depends on the person. Some people restore their levels quickly, others don’t. Some people are much more deficient than others.

Some people are very deficient in the main minerals that lead to the production of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide. And so they need to wait until they’re completely replete in those minerals. If they are still deficient, methylation will still be impaired. And it can sometimes take many months to overcome severe mineral deficiencies and restore adequate tissue levels. This isn’t some quick fix, and you shouldn’t expect it to be. Patience is necessary, and improvements build over time and different symptoms fall away over time.
