In what cases do you recommend some genetic testing and do you think that genetic testing can be helpful in regard to healing mental health problems?

I don't recommend genetic testing. I don't find it useful and it doesn't change how I work with my clients. The process is still the same and what needs to be fixed doesn't change. At the end of the day, we still need to focus on getting your body to produce adequate Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide.

Now, let's say you do have MTHFR mutations, which many, many people do by the way.

Well, the more mutations you have, the higher the amount of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide that you'll need for MTHFR activity.

And so you'll simply need more Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide to get methylation going.
