Should I follow the advice and recommendations from Great Plains in my Organic Acids Test report?

No, you should ignore the interpretations and recommendations made by Great Plains in their report. Their interpretations are mostly useless. They are guessing what the results mean and many of their explanations are blatantly wrong. So you shouldn't be following their advice on how to "correct" the markers.

They simply don't understand the relationship between B2, B12, methylation, and the urine metabolites. They don't understand how lack of methylation affects neurotransmitters, and then how that affects the test results.  And they don't truly and fully understand mycotoxins and biotoxins.
When I review the results of your Organic Acids Test, I flag anything that I think is worth flagging. So if I don't bring it up, I don't think it's significant. If I don't bring it up, it's because it's either within range. Or it's a marker that I don't pay attention to. So if I thought it was significant, I would say something. I would bring it to your attention and tell you that we need to address it.
