What kind of longer term maintenance is there and what does that look like in general? Is supplementing with Iodine, Selenium and Molybdenum a long term thing, or does it end once cellular B12 sufficiency is achieved?

I typically recommend people continue to follow my advice long term. I personally continue to follow all of the advice in my program and I will for the rest of my life. It doesn’t make sense to stop and risk getting ill again.

Now saying that, I can stop taking the supplements for a while and I feel fine. I feel better than when I started. And I can definitely go without them. And plenty of my clients say the same thing.

And so you can go on living without them if you want. But I wouldn’t recommend it. I typically recommend people continue taking the main protocol supplements because our food and soil are so depleted of these minerals. Stopping them is just a bad idea and you risk getting sick again. I'm not taking any chances and increasing my risk of developing dementia.

I also recommend keeping an eye on your thyroid markers and re-doing the hair test, especially if you stop taking the supplements.
