What do you feel I should do with dairy and gluten?

You should definitely start eating dairy if you can tolerate it. If you can’t tolerate it yet because you have an intolerance or sensitivity, wait until you’re further along in the protocol and your coenzymes increase. Wait until we fix your cellular deficiencies first. Or after your change your environment and move to a less toxic location.

Once cellular deficiencies are corrected, and your environment changes, you should then be able to tolerate dairy better. That's what happened to me and it happens to many of my clients. Once the cellular deficiencies are corrected and you move to a more pristine environment, your immune system will settle down, food intolerances will subside and people no longer have an issue eating dairy.

Regarding gluten, you can keep eating it if it’s available. But I wouldn’t really recommend eating lots of gluten-based foods all of the time. I still limit gluten products myself. I don’t buy bread when I grocery shop because there are much healthier foods to eat. But I do eat it when it’s around and available because it doesn’t make me feel sick anymore.

So that’s what I would recommend. You don’t need to eat gluten regularly, but there’s no point in avoiding it.
