I recommend eating organic, full-fat, grass-fed dairy, if possible. You essentially want to eat dairy that has been processed as little as possible. It can sometimes be hard to find. You'll have to check Whole Foods or the natural health section of your grocery store. Because high-quality dairy isn't usually found in the regular dairy section of the grocery store.
