Is coffee detrimental in any way throughout the program?
Yeah, so that's it completely depends right? So it depends on the person. It depends on the quality of their sleep. It depends on when you drink it. It depends on your stress levels, your anxiety levels. In general, no, I don't see it as an issue. But for example, if someone says, I drink five cups of coffee per day, and I have one of them at dinner, then that could be detrimental. Or if someone has panic attacks and anxiety and they're drinking coffee, then it can be detrimental. Someone else who doesn't have anxiety, but is struggling with fatigue and maybe they have one or two cups of coffee just in the morning and then that's it, then that's fine. So it really depends on the person, their circumstances. But in general, no, it's not. But like I said, it depends on the person. So I mean, you should really try to limit drinking it later during the day. So personally I drink coffee and I stop it, I try to stop it by noon. Ideally even by like 10:00 AM because I seem to be really sensitive to coffee and my body, it takes a long time for me to get rid of it. So anyways, it depends on how you respond to coffee and when you're drinking it and your situation.
