You say to eat dairy again. Should I start eating it again right now?
It depends on whether it makes you feel bad or not. If you eat it and your symptoms get worse, then stop eating it. What I have found is that it's best to add sensitive foods back in after fixing Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide, and after removing yourself from a toxic environment. Because your body will be healthier and more able to handle a wide range of foods.
So people with intolerances to dairy would be better off just waiting for now. Don't add it back in yet.
Now, if dairy doesn't make you feel worse. And it's never made you feel bad. But you simply cut it out because you thought that you should. Then you are free to eat it now if you are currently avoiding it. It's really up to you though.
