Are there any concerns with eating foods that are rich in B vitamins while doing the program? For example, liver? I was borderline anemic, so I started to eat liver.
You can definitely keep eating liver. So it's a good source of heme iron. It's not as good as beef spleen. But no, there's no issue with you, I recommend eating a wide variety of nutrient-dense foods and liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. So it's a very healthy nutrient-dense food that I recommend people eat. I personally hate the taste of it, so I don't, I don't eat it myself, but sometimes I'll take beef liver capsules. And so you could do that, but I mean, you said you started to eat it, so I guess you're fine with the taste. So yeah, that's a good idea. I don't know if you've gone through the week two module yet, but I talk about iron in that module, so you'll definitely want to go through that and you'll see the different iron supplements I recommended. But anyway, so no, there's no issue with you eating foods rich and B vitamins. Yeah, it's completely fine. And I, I encourage it.
