When should I try eating bread again?

Well, first of all, you don't have to start eating bread again unless you want to. If you want to continue avoiding gluten products, that's fine.

But I don't avoid bread anymore. I do eat it when it’s available and it no longer makes me feel sick. But I still don't buy it and eat it regularly. Probably because I'm still terrified of it. Everyone in the health industry has made it seem like the devil.

However, if you fix methylation, you have adequate levels of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide and you're not living in a toxic environment, many people can eat gluten products again. Or at least some of the time they can if they want. Also, there are some other steps later on in my program that can also help reduce food sensitivities.

But I'm still not at the point where I can wholeheartedly promote bread or gluten products as healthy food. I still don't think they are. I still don't think they are a health food. There are lots of better foods out there for you to eat. But having it once in a while shouldn't be a problem. But I would say only after your Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide and Flavin Mononucleotide deficiencies are fixed and methylation is optimized, and you're living in a non-moldy, non-toxic environment. So I wouldn't start now, it's too early.

However, if bread doesn't actually make you feel sick, perhaps you could try adding it in now and see how you feel with it. But if you get bad reactions from it, then I would just wait for now. And I would first add in dairy before adding in wheat products.
