Regarding dairy, I digest it fine. Do you have any special brand or what quantities will guide me better?

I don't have a specific brand, but I do recommend eating organic, full-fat grass-fed dairy. So that's the ideal, that's like the gold standard, right? So if that's possible, if you can find that, you want to eat that. You want dairy that's processed as little as possible, but you know, that can be hard to find. You have to go to whole foods or sometimes natural, like there's a natural health section of the grocery store. You'll need to go there. It depends on where you live, but high quality dairy, it usually isn't found in the regular dairy section of the grocery store.

But, even if you can't find that, you don't have to, it doesn't have to be perfect. That's the gold standard. Like I said, organic, full fat grass fed dairy, but even if you eat conventional dairy, if you just get any dairy, especially if you have a calcium deficiency, it's better to eat conventional dairy than it is to eat no dairy at all. That's my opinion at this point.

Of course, unprocessed dairy is best, but it's kind of like with meat as well. So grass fed beef is... Organic grass fed beef would be the best, but even, a step down from that would just be like organic grain fed beef. And then there's conventional factory farmed beef. I mean, eating any beef, even the conventional beef, will be better than not eating meat at all. So it's the same with dairy.

So regarding quantities, I think you said, or what quantities? Well, you know, you want to start slow. It sounds like you digest it fine, so that's good, but you still want to, if you're reintroducing it for the first time, you want to go slow, just start with like one serving and just see how you feel. And then, then you might work up to two or three servings a day. But it doesn't need to be a huge part of your diet, right? It doesn't... You do want to eat some dairy. And like I said, especially once I see your organic acid test, I'll be able to see how deficient in calcium you are. But yeah, you don't want to just be eating dairy all of the time. But you do want it to be a minor part of your daily diet.
