I am taking potassium citrate. Should I change to the gluconate that I just received? With or without food?

Potassium citrate is fine. But after you run out, you could just try the potassium gluconate.

Some people benefit more from the potassium gluconate. And I think it’s because gluconic acid has chelating properties. So the potassium in potassium gluconate is bound to gluconic acid. A gluconic acid can help remove toxic metals from the body.

So after people take the iodine or selenium, one reason they may have a reaction is because their body is mobilizing heavy metals and trying to get rid of them. And I think the gluconic acid helps with that.

So you might want to try potassium gluconate with him.

And the potassium gluconate can be taken with or without food. It doesn't really matter.
