What is your opinion on gluten free diet as relates to issues your clients have?

Following a gluten free diet or grain free diet won’t fix your health issues. It’s a band-aid approach. 

I followed a strict gluten free and grain free diet for many years. It can often help at first. But it doesn’t solve anything in the long run.  
In fact, restrictive diets can often make cellular deficiencies worse in the long run. So I no longer recommend restrictive dieting. 
Now, does that mean you should be eating a ton of bread and grains all of the time. No, you shouldn’t. Because there are healthier foods out there for you to eat. But you don’t need to avoid them completely.
