You recommend potassium iodide and potassium gluconate. What's the difference?

So potassium iodide is a source of iodine. You take that because your thyroid needs it to produce T4 thyroid hormone. And you need T4 thyroid hormone to produce Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide from Flavin Mononucleotide.

The potassium gluconate is a specific type of potassium supplement. It's a source of potassium. You can take any type of potassium supplement you want. I simply recommend potassium gluconate because that's what I've used and my past clients have used. But you're taking the potassium gluconate to help reduce symptoms IF you experience reactions from the key protocol supplements. But not everyone does. So potassium gluconate is optional.

So they have two separate purposes. And the potassium iodide is a mandatory part of the protocol. The potassium gluconate is not. It's optional but still highly recommended.

Hope that clarifies things.
