My fatigue has seemed to ramp up quite a bit since starting B12. With my low potassium levels, would it be best to go with a lower dose and take it less frequently initially?
Yeah. So that's a reaction. So you need to either take a lower dose of the B12 or take it less frequently. So don't feel obligated to, if you're having reactions, you don't have to take it every day, so you can take days off. You could try taking it every other day or even every three days, if you want, if you're feeling fatigued, until you get more used to it. So yeah, that's what I recommend. I'm sure you've already tried taking plenty of potassium. If you haven't, then you can try that as well. But yeah, it, it depends on how people react. So I recommend every day and I recommend a thousand micrograms per day, but if you're experienced experiencing fatigue, like Matthew is, then you can, you can go to a much lower dosage and then take days off as well.
