Do you think glutathione precursors such as NAC might help for the time being until my coenzyme levels improve?

I no longer recommend supplementing with NAC because long-term NAC supplementation can deplete selenium and molybdenum. Taking NAC once in a while or for short periods of time shouldn't be a huge issue. But I wouldn't start taking large doses every day for an extended period of time because it could deplete key minerals.
