I'm having to trouble sleeping. I have a hard time falling asleep and then getting up too late. Can you recommend anything to help with sleep?

So, I talk about sleep in the week three module. So I don't know if you've gone through that module yet, but there's plenty of advice there. So I would follow the advice in that module. You want to block out all blue light at night. So if you haven't done that, do that. So that would be your first step before anything else.

So you're wondering what else you can, you're probably wondering what to take, but don't buy any sleep supplements until you block out light at night. You also want to get light in your eyes in the morning. So do those two things before running off and taking a bunch of supplements.

Now, glycine and collagen, they can help with sleep. So I talk about that in the week three module. So you can try supplementing with those.

What else? So there's an amino acid called ornithine, it's an amino acid and it helps with sleep. I took it many years ago. I tried taking it. I found it helpful. It really seemed to knock me out at the time. So you could try that as well. It's called ornithine. There's one study in particular where it helped people who have stress and sleep issues.

There's also different herbs. There's valerian, there's passionflower. There's certain supplements that you can take that can help, herbal supplements that can help with sleep. But again, I wouldn't jump into taking all these different supplements right away. You need to implement the basics and the fundamentals first. So yeah, I would, that's what I'd recommend for your sleep.
