- I am now taking iodine and selenium at recommended doses as well as B2 and potassium. I am working up with molybdenum but I am only at 50 after 3 weeks of these minerals. I know I have to go slow but wondering if I can start B12 now or if I have to wait until I reach the 150 of the molybdenum?
- I can get hydroxycobalamin. Is that OK?
