What are your thoughts about taking GABA?
Well, it depends on what you’re taking it for. But for anxiety, I don’t think it’s worth taking. It often doesn’t even do anything. Most people find that it does nothing. They don’t really notice any benefits. Because it hardly even crosses the blood-brain barrier.
You’d be better off just taking theanine. Or just following my advice in the week 4 module. For anxiety. That’s a better use of your time, and a better long-term approach, than taking GABA.
