So my wife is on iodine, selenium, molybdenum, B2. It seems to make her quite tired sometimes. How long is this likely to go on for any ideas? Days, weeks, months?
Well, it entirely depends on the person. So, you know, it typically only lasts for a few weeks, but I have seen it go on for months. So the thing is, some people are very deficient and it takes time for their body to adjust. You know, that's why I tell people to go slowly. So, you know, you've added in everything so far except the B12. So you may have gone too fast for your wife. So you may have just introduced everything too quickly. It's hard to know, but you may need to back down and just go slower. The other option is to give her the minerals at bedtime instead of during the day. But in my case, I will say it did take for me, it was months. So I continued to have reactions for a while. I had to go really slow. But now, like, just to give you an example, the molybdenum, when I introduced that, the first time I took it, it absolutely destroyed me, I couldn't even believe it. Like I had the worst brain fog and I had a headache. It was just like, it felt like someone poisoned me. But now I can plenty of it. And I don't notice anything, but that didn't happen quickly, like I had to, I had to take a drop and slowly increase over time and it just, I slowly ramped up and it took some time.
