Dosage and Frequency
- My fatigue has seemed to ramp up quite a bit since starting B12. With my low potassium levels, would it be best to go with a lower dose and take it less frequently initially?
- The iodine I bought says two drops is 250 micrograms. So does that mean actual drops or dropperfuls? I've been taking a dropper full as much as it fills with one squeeze.
- I read if minerals are bothering you, take Potassium Gluconate. What would be too much? Is the maximum 1600 mg?
- I'm having reactions already. Headaches, increased fatigue, muscle pain, irritability. I've increased the potassium to 400 milligrams a day and only taking 500 micrograms of B12 every other day. Are there any other recommendations to decrease reactions and how long do they usually last?
- I read to take Heme Iron with Orange Juice or Vitamin C? How many mg of Vitamin C? 300 mg, 500 mg, 1000 mg? How much orange juice?
- What hours is best to take the Iodine and selenium? Is it better to take standard time every day? In the morning, I usually take my T4 med and most of my supplements.
- What is the most effective form of taking adaptogens? and at what dosage do people typically experience benefits?
- I've read the sheet outlining what to avoid before acids test. Regarding my medications, I assume it would be good for me to not take them for 48hrs prior to doing my sample. Would I be right?
- In the protocol, is there anything you might have to be more careful with in a teen who's not at full adult body weight?
