I seem to have a hard time getting vitamin D up even when I supplement and spend a lot of time in the sun. Any recommendations for this?

Yeah, so I talk about Vitamin D in the week 3 module. 

So you'll learn that some people have a hard time getting their Vitamin D high enough unless they first fix the coenzymes, B12, and iron activity.  

We need adequate coenzymes/B12/iron to activate vitamin D. That's why I don't discuss Vitamin D until week 5.  

So I often see Vitamin D increase in my clients after addressing the earlier steps. And then they no longer need to supplement with as much Vitamin D3.  

They can either drop back down to a lower dosage or completely stop taking it because their levels are high enough simply from sun exposure.
