I recently learned that it is important to take Vit K with Vitamin D. What are your thoughts on that? I am about to purchase a new bottle of D, so curious if I should change this up?
Yes, Vitamin D3 can be taken with Vitamin K2. It's more important to combine the two as people get older though because K2 is important for heart health. But it’s not really necessary for everyone to take the two together. Younger people will be OK without K2. But there are supplements available that contain both D3 and K2 so you might want to find one of those supplements and take that instead of just D3 alone. But that's not really necessary for everyone. I personally no longer supplement with K2 because I try to limit my supplements, and I hardly ever even take D3 now, unless I don't get enough sunlight and my levels drop.
