Is there anything I can take to address the elevated fungal and bacterial markers? Should I take probiotics or antifungals?
No unfortunately not. In my experience, those results a product of your environment and not something that can be fixed with pills. The gut is destroyed by environmental mycotoxins and biotoxins more than anything. Probiotics and antifungals won't do very much if you're constantly exposed to biotoxins, and they won't move the needle permanently and long term. Relying on them is like trying to put out a burning building engulfed in flames with a small glass of water. So I'm sorry but probiotics and antifungals won't do very much at all.
You'll find that some "mold practitioners" still recommend antifungals, but then when they simply don't work or do nothing, the practitioner then moves onto some other entirely different supplement or treatment, despite environmental mycotoxins/biotoxins still being the main issue that needs to be addressed. And sometimes, antifungals make people worse. They can further deplete flavin mononucleotide and flavin adenine dinucleotide, which then digs people into a further hole: https://faq.optimallivingdynamics.com/article/231-whats-the-connection-between-candida-overgrowth-and-low-levels-of-fad-fmn
I would ignore the interpretation section of the OAT. The Great Plains recommendations are mostly useless and shouldn't be taken seriously: https://faq.optimallivingdynamics.com/article/271-should-i-follow-the-advice-and-recommendations-from-great-plains
