Is any of this related to why I've had chronic inflammation for about a decade?
Here’s how I see it. Cellular deficiencies lead to poor methylation and impaired detoxification, which then leads to the buildup of heavy metals and environmental toxins, which then leads to oxidative stress and inflammation. So inflammation is a downstream chronic symptom, and it should subside over time as your cellular deficiencies are corrected.
Chronic inflammation can also stem from low melatonin production and poor sleep. Trauma and chronic stress can contribute to inflammation as well.
