I had a bit of reaction early this morning after upping the Molybdenum. Mostly a headache. I seem to remember you said to take 200-400mg of Potassium Gluconate. Is that right?
If you had a reaction to the molybdenum, that is diagnostic. A headache is a very common reaction, and it likely means you do have a molybdenum deficiency and correcting it will help over time.
But yes, start with 200 mg of potassium and take another 200 mg if necessary.
If the potassium doesn't help and you keep having a reaction, I would back down to the previous dosage, stay at that dosage for longer, and then try increasing again later in 1-2 weeks. People tend to have the hardest time with molybdenum. It can take a while to reach the maximum dosage without having a reaction.
