I take a lot of different supplements. I know you say you try to get people off supplements. Should I just stop taking all my supplements other than the ones you recommend?
Yeah so I would prefer if people stopped taking most of the supplements they're already taking. Because I find that most supplements aren't that helpful and actually do more harm than good. And they can often interfere with my protocol. It's easier for me to monitor progress and control the variables when people are taking less supplements. Because then if someone is making slow progress, I'll then have to ask them what else they are taking and often have to tell them to stop taking certain supplements at that point.
However, I don't like to tell people to stop taking everything because their supplements may be supporting you in some way that I'm not aware of. So it's up to you to decide what you want to continue taking.
At the very least, take your other supplements away from the minerals I recommend. Keep them separately by at least 2 hours, preferably even longer.
The more stuff you take, the more likely it is that something will interfere with my recommendations. So it's best to try to limit other supplements. Because I find that a lot of supplements don't do much anyway. And they often don't heal on a deep level. So they are best avoided for the most part.
