I found a potassium iodide supplement at the health food store near my house. Can I take it instead of the ones you have recommended?

If you find a different potassium iodide supplement locally, that's fine. However, I still highly recommend using one of these supplements that I have recommended because I can vouch for them. I've used them myself and my clients have used them and I've seen improvements in blood work and hair testing. So you could try another potassium iodide if you want. And that would be completely fine. But I would recommend sending me a picture or link to the supplement before you order. Then I can review it and let you know if it looks OK. Because sometimes there are ingredients in supplements that actually interfere with absorption of the minerals.
