Is there anything else we can do to lessen start up reactions?

Yeah, so you can try taking niacin. Some people find supplementing with niacin helpful because it counteracts methylation. And so if you're having a reaction because methylation is ramping up, taking niacin can slow that down and you can feel better. But I don't usually recommend it because we want to optimize methylation, not do anything that counteracts it. However, some people rely on it in certain circumstances where the reaction is overwhelming and just too much. So it's something to consider and keep in mind, especially once you add in methylcobalamin. Because methylcobalamin can really ramp up methylation and lead to some significant adrenaline reactions. So that's when you'll definitely want to have potassium on hand, and perhaps some niacin as well.
