Would taking B3 hours away from the minerals interfere with the efficacy of the program?
It depends on how much you take. So if you're taking large doses of it every day, then it could interfere with methylation. Now you could use it if you have reactions, and it could help reduce reactions. But when I say large doses, I mean 500 milligrams per day or more. So if you look at niacin supplements, a lot of them, each capsule has 500 milligrams, so that's too much, in my opinion. Especially if you're taking it every day. 500 mg once in a while would be fine. But if you are going to take it regularly, I would take just take smaller doses. So you'd want to take less than 100 milligrams per day.
