Why the need for equal amounts of B1 and B2?

Because when people take too much B1 all by itself, that can use up too much B2 and deplete B2. So I've seen it happen in some people. So they take one of the advanced B1 supplements that I sometimes recommend. So when I review people's organic acid tests, I can see if they have a cellular B1 deficiency. And then that's when I recommend some specific B1 supplements. And then some people, they take very large doses of a B1 supplement because they find it very helpful. But then they're not taking enough B2 along with it. And so then when I see their organic acid test results later their cellular B1 deficiency has been corrected, but sometimes I've seen their B2 deficiency get worse. And it's because they're just, they're taking so much B1 and they haven't been taking enough B2. So you just want to make sure you take an equal amount of B1 and B2. So that doesn't happen.
