Should I continue supplementing with melatonin?

I generally don't recommend melatonin supplementation anymore because it can interfere with your body's own production. We want your body to produce and release melatonin on its own by optimizing methylation and optimizing your lighting environment. But if you find that this melatonin supplement really helps you, you are free to keep taking it. But you'll likely find that you're able to wean yourself off it slowly over time as you go through the protocol.
