Patients can no longer directly request testing from Great Plains Lab. Do you have any suggestions?
You have to order through mymedlab if you're in the us. So if you go to the document, which you probably have downloaded and looked at, but there's a document in the first week module and it lists, you go to the United States section, and it shows you where you can order the urine test and the hair test. Unless things have changed those links in that document that we have, you should be able to order the urine test and the hair test from mymedlab. Now Alex, if you could let me know if you're in New York, that may be why, because I've had clients from New York and they have trouble getting the urine test done and the hair test done. And usually they need to ship the test kit to a family member or a friend outside of New York State, and then that friend sends them the test kit. So it's a little bit tricky, but that's what a lot of people do. Or they order MyUS and they give you an address, they give you a US address so you can get, I think it's like a Florida address, so you could ship it there and then redirect it to yourself. So you ship it to this US address they give you, and then they receive it and then they forward it to your address in New York. So again, I'm saying all this, but I don't really know if you are in New York. But that is what people do if they're in New York. So anyways, those are my suggestions. Either go to mymedlab and order through there, or if you're in New York, you're going to have to find a workaround. And hopefully there's someone you know outside of New York State.
