I told my MD to run T3 TOTAL + T4 TOTAL. The MD did NOT! Should I go back and RUN T3 TOTAL & T4 TOTAL?

Yeah. If you can, then yeah, that would be good. Sometimes people aren’t able to get them through their doctor though.

So, if you're not able to get them, don’t worry about it. Just get the hair test done. And then I’ll see the amount of iodine and selenium in your hair.

There’s also a document in the first week module. And it tells you where you can order blood tests online. So some people order T4 and T3 through the companies that are listed in that document. So that’s another option.
