I'm having reactions already. Headaches, increased fatigue, muscle pain, irritability. I've increased the potassium to 400 milligrams a day and only taking 500 micrograms of B12 every other day. Are there any other recommendations to decrease reactions and how long do they usually last?
Yeah, so that's completely normal and expected. So you're going to have to work through it. How long? It depends. It depends on the person. It depends on how sick they are. So for you, Monique, what I'd recommend you, so you're at 500 micrograms, I'd recommend lowering your dose to 250 micrograms. So try that instead of 500. You could also take more potassium, try taking more than 400 milligrams per day. See if that helps. Because you can, you can definitely take more than 400 milligrams per day. So that, then you could also try taking the B12 every three days. So you're taking it every other day. Try taking it every three days. Give your, give yourself some time to recover from each time you take the B12
