I still have problems with the selenium. Even in very small doses, I have to quit every couple of days. Cause I don't feel okay. Very dizzy, very tired, unable to concentrate. So I want to stay in bed, which doesn't help because I can't sleep. The potassium doesn't seem to help. What do you recommend?

So you need to, if you have to take days off, then continue doing that. But if you're having severe reactions like that to this selenium, then I don't know what to tell you other than you're very deficient and it's causing a reaction. So for example, I don't know if you have a history of mercury exposure, but if you're taking selenium, you could be having detox reactions from mercury that's built up in your body. And I know this person has a long history of chronic fatigue syndrome and there's a long history of health issues. So you just, I know it's frustrating, but what you have to understand is a lot of people will take these minerals and they won't notice anything from them. Like if someone's really, really healthy, it's like water. Now, some people are still deficient and they're lucky and they don't have reactions. But if you're having a severe reaction like that, it's just selenium. It's just a mineral that your body should be getting every day and you're taking a very small dosage, then you need to stick with it. So yeah, you can take days off. I don't want to convince you to just keep taking it every single day and you're just lying in bed. But if you're having a reaction, you do need to continue adding small doses. And even if it's every three days. And you can, if you're having a lot of trouble with it, continue with the iodine, introduce the molybdenum and even introduce the B12 and see if you continue reacting to those. But I wouldn't be surprised if, if you're having a reaction to the selenium, it's quite possible, you'll continue having reactions to other minerals. I know that is discouraging, but it happened to me too. And you need to just... It's it's the only way. I have to just tell you that you have to try to keep introducing it and ramping up slowly over time because I felt like that too. And now I can take it no problem. It just, for some people, if you've been sick for a very long time, it takes some time.
