Can any of the supplements that I'm now taking cause excessive sleepiness or brain fog? Even if just temporarily? Or possibly is this a side effect of taking too much?

Yeah, so any of them could be causing that at first. So those are some common reactions when you start them. Sleepiness and brain fog. It could also be, yeah, it could be a side effect of taking too much. So, that's why I tell people, you want to start low and slowly increase over time and then monitor how you feel as you increase. So I'm not sure how much you're taking of the supplements, but maybe you jumped up too quickly and so you might want to drop back down to a lower dosage and then see if you feel better, see if you feel less sleepy and see if the brain fog subsides. But if the minerals are causing that, it'll pass over time. You just need to give your body some time to adjust.
