How long do the side effects last?

So that really, really depends on the person. It also depends on how deficient a person is and it also depends on their genetics. So there are a number of factors. Some people don't even have any side effects. So for them, they don't experience them so they don't last. And then some people do notice some initial side effects that last a few weeks. But then there are some people, they're just so horribly deficient and they're very sick and I've seen it take, they continue having reactions, especially to the molybdenum and the B12 for months. So, those people need to go slow and slowly increase over time and that takes time. So those people really can't really rush through everything because then it just, they'll have, they won't feel great, right? So they need to go really slow. But it really, yeah, it depends on the person, it depends on it just depends. But for most people it isn't months for most people. It's like a month or a few weeks. So yeah, and then it sometimes, I've seen people, they're very, very deficient in molybdenum a lot of people are also exposed to glyphosate. And so as they're adding in the molybdenum, their body is trying to detox the glyphosate and they need to go slowly as they do, they need to stay at a low dosage and ramp up slowly over time. So, yeah, and in those cases, they just need to really be patient.
