Yeah, there are some other things you can do.

Definitely keep taking selenium because higher selenium intake is linked to higher testosterone. And selenium deficiency is linked to low testosterone.

And Ben, I also remember you were deficient in boron. When I saw your hair test results, I could see your boron was low. Boron deficiency leads to low testosterone. So definitely supplement with that as well. There are studies showing that anywhere from 2 mg to 10 mg of boron per day increases total and free testosterone. So definitely do that.

Sunlight, Vitamin D, and deep sleep are all critical for testosterone production. So focus on my advice in the week 5 module.

Reducing stress also increases testosterone. So follow my advice in the week 6 module as well.

And then eat lots of healthy fats as well. Especially egg yolks.
