What additional supplements can I take to help make the tapering off of my SSRI and benzo successful and avoid unnecessary withdrawal?

I would rely on DL-Phenylalanine. I talk about it in the week 6 module.

That was the main supplement I relied on to get off my psychiatric meds.

Theanine and Tyrosine were helpful as well. But DL-Phenylalanine was the most helpful.

But you should mainly focus on the advice in the modules. That’s foundational. If you don’t implement the advice in the modules, then nothing else is going to work that well.

And you’ll probably need to do some neurofeedback eventually. That’s critical.
